RYAN HEMMINGS

Los Angeles drug boss working for Justin Vaughan. A recent embarrassment involving a drug shipment to South Africa has left two of his lieutenants dead and Hemmings' own daughter dead. Hemmings was last seen fleeing police custody on a plane bound for Hong Kong.

When the drug deal he had arranged with Justin Vaughan went south, he turned to Charlie Windran for help. Windran, aided by an associate Hemmings did not recognise, killed Hemming's assistant and injured Hemmings, though he did allow Hemmings to escape... (Kyrie)
